Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Tri-Lite team wishes you and your family a joyous
holiday season! May the new year bring you many
blessings of health, happiness and prosperity. As we
recall the things we are most grateful for this time of
year, we feel especially thankful for the many positive
relationships that Tri-Lite Builders has brought into
our lives. Thank you to our clients, contractors,
suppliers and community partners for making 2009 a
special year for us.
We here at Tri-Lite will celebrate by doing a team
community service project, followed by a Christmas
Luncheon on Dec 22nd. We’re remodeling a
bathroom at Save the Family’s main office in Mesa,
updating it with new paint, flooring & fixtures in
addition to making it handicap accessible. Our thanks
to Kohler for donating a new toilet and bathroom sink
faucet. If you’d like to contribute to this much needed
project, please feel free to contact Tri-Lite at
480.895.3442.
To enjoy the holidays our office will be closed on
12/24 & 12/25 as well as 12/31 & 1/1.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Tri-Lite Named Contractor of the Year, Sixth Year in a Row!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Greater Phoenix Chapter of the National
Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
presented Tri-Lite with a 2010 Contractor of the Year
Award for a “Bathroom Remodel over $50,000″ at their
Holiday Party this month. It’s Tri-Lite’s sixth NARI
Award!
Tri-Lite won the award for an innovative transformation
of a 1990’s “Pepto-Bismol Pink” bathroom into an
inviting, spa-like atmosphere. This bathroom remodel
has swept local and national award contests recently
and was even featured on the November 2009 cover
of the national magazine Kitchen and Bath Design
News. The bathroom also garnered a national
2009 Master Design Award sponsored by Qualified
Remodeler Magazine.
The winning local entry will move on to the next level of
the NARI awards contest in consideration for a
regional and national CotY Award. NARI will announce
the regional and national winners at it’s
annual “Evening of Excellence“, to be held in
Phoenix on April 10, 2010.

Todd O’Connor Promoted to Project Manager
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please join us in recognizing our very own, Todd
O’Connor’s excellent commitment to customer service
and craftsmanship. Todd consistently finishes
projects on time and under budget, and receives
positive feedback from his clients. After working a year
with Tri-Lite Builders as a Lead Carpenter, Todd was
promoted to Project Manager earlier this month. A
recent “BRAVO” nomination from our client Marc
Burhans, stated, “Todd is very detail oriented and
works hard to make sure everything is the best
possible for the customer.”
Save the Family Graduates 20 Families!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

On Friday, Dec. 11th, Tri-Lite joined the Save the
Family Foundation in celebrating the successes of 20
local families who’ve made in through the non-profit’s
transitional housing and career development
programs. It’s a remarkable tribute says Tri-Lite
co-owner Linda Minde, to the strength and
determination these families have shown in
overcoming the many challenges of homelessness,
poverty and abuse. For more information about the
Save the Family Foundation, please visit www.savethefamil

Green Tip – Reusable Gift Wrap
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This Christmas, not only give a gift that keeps on
giving… give gift wrap that keeps on giving! Instead of
using expensive gift bags or wasteful wrapping paper
this year, opt for reusable grocery bags made from
eco-friendly materials. Most grocery stores sell
reusable bags now for about $1, and some
department stores even sell trendy versions, also at a
very minimal cost. While it may not be as traditional as
wrapping paper or glossy gift bags, your friends and
family are sure to appreciate your eco-friendly
ingenuity. (thanks to Carolyn Brown’s mom for this
suggestion)
