Tri-Lite’s Wayne Minde Featured in Video on New Lead-safe Practices

Tri-Lite Builders is now officially an EPA “Certified Renovation Firm” and able to comply with new federal regulations on lead safe practices. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will start enforcing new remodeling regulations to protect against lead poisoning in pre-1978 homes starting April 22.
In earning this certification, Tri-Lite’s employees learned how to work safely with lead-based paint, and how to perform lead-safe work practices safely and effectively during renovation, repair and painting projects. See Tri-Lite’s Wayne Minde in this video.

Tri-Lite Team Gets MOTIVATED!

staff The entire Tri-Lite Builders team attended the popular “GET MOTIVATED Seminar” – world famous for its energizing, action packed, star-studded, fun- filled, spectacular stage show.
This popular motivational mega-show provided the Tri- Lite team with inspiration and practical advice. It was a great event, very closely aligned with Tri-Lite’s company value’s. We’re so greatful to have been able to participate this year as a team!
Unveiling a Remodeling Project at Save the Family

stf Our bathroom remodel at Save the Family is complete! After a lot of hard work, we couldn’t be happier with the transformation. We took a very dated non-compliant bathroom and converted it to a modern, functional & now handicap accessible space for this very worthy non-profit agency that services homeless families in the Phoenix area.
We are grateful for all of our Partners and Vendors who helped with this project with their time and generous donations, especially:
* Kohler for donating the toilet and sink
* The Door Mill for donating the bathroom door
* Tile flooring is compliments of Jason Schumacher of “Built by Grace”
* Bath accessories were discounted by Larry Brown from Champion Janitorial Supply
* Plumbing is compliments of Jim Wheat of CLW Plumbing
