Tri-Lite builds success with customer care
When Linda and Wayne Minde started Tri-Lite Builders in Chandler, meeting customer needs was a given in their business plan. They were amazed to find many in their industry talked the customer service talk but never came close to building the walk.
“We thought we should do a good job at a fair price; how novel is that?” asks Linda. “Then we started going out on appointments, and people would tell us the other builders never showed up or returned phone calls.”
Ironically, that was in the early 1980s when there was a construction downturn and builders were supposedly hungry for business.
